We are a charitable 501(c)(3) organization managed and run day-to-day by volunteers and justice leaders.

Our mission is:

1. To assist people who are detained pretrial when they can’t afford to make bail

2. To end the injustice of pretrial incarceration

Each advocate resides in Craven County, and together we form a strong team with a wide range of skills and experience including activism, fundraising and financials, criminal and civil law, parole and social work, and local detention facilities.
